Where do I pickup my order?

Pickup is in Trumbull, CT right off the Merritt every Sunday from 11 AM–1 PM. You'll receive pickup details after placing your preorder.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer local delivery throughout Trumbull and nearby Fairfield County communities. Delivery availability and fees are shown at checkout.

When do preorders open?

A fresh menu is released every Monday at 9:00 AM. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok to see what's baking each week.

When do preorders close?

Preorders close every Friday at noon or sooner if we sell out.

How should I store my sourdough?

Keep your loaf at room temperature in a bread bag or wrapped in a towel. For the best flavor and texture, enjoy it within 2–3 days.

Can I freeze my sourdough?

Absolutely. Slice your loaf first, freeze it, layer parchment paper between each slice, and toast straight from frozen whenever you're ready.

Are bagels available every week?

Yes! Our signature Jersey-style bagels are part of our regular weekly menu unless otherwise noted.

Do I need to toast the bagels?

Nope! Our Jersey-style bagels are baked fresh every week and are delicious straight from the bag.

Are weekly specials limited?

Yes. Our seasonal specials are baked in small batches and available while supplies last. Once they're gone, they're gone!
